The estimated shipping time is 12-15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee deliveries on specific dates.

5. RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 0 days after receipt of the product.

5.1 RETURN PROCEDURE

Important: We do not offer refunds. In case of returns, we offer product exchanges or vouchers for future purchases, subject to the following conditions:

1. Product Exchange

  • Subject to inventory availability.
  • Products can only be exchanged for others of equal or lesser value.
  • If the new product has a lower value, the difference will be given as a voucher for a new purchase.
  • In case there is no availability for the exchange, a voucher for the value of the returned product will be provided.

2. Voucher for New Purchase

  • If it is not possible to exchange the product, a voucher equivalent to the value of the returned product will be granted.
  • This voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue.

5.2 PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • The product must be returned in optimal condition, with no signs of use.
  • It must include original tags or, if they were removed, they must be sent inside the packaging.
  • Once the product is received in our warehouse, its condition will be verified.
  • Based on the assessment, we will proceed with the exchange or issuance of the corresponding voucher.
